These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AnyCard website, mobile application, and any other related services or platforms within the AnyCard ecosystem (“Services”).
By accessing or using the website, downloading or using the mobile app, or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You agree to comply with these Terms at all times while using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. By accessing or using any part of the Services, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where such an option is provided, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. You also consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our [Privacy Policy], and agree to any additional terms, rules, or conditions that AnyCard may issue from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services, the website, the mobile app, or any other features offered by AnyCard.
1. Modification of Terms of Use
AnyCard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be made available on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the AnyCard website, mobile app, or related services, you represent and warrant that you are fully capable and legally competent to enter into and comply with these Terms of Use, including all obligations, representations, and warranties contained herein. You further confirm that you are using the Services solely for your personal use and that you will adhere to these Terms at all times.
AnyCard operates as a global platform. By accessing or using the Services or Content, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You also confirm that you are legally authorized to access and use the Services in your jurisdiction, including the ability to hold and transact with any digital assets or value-based systems that may be part of the platform. Furthermore, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations. AnyCard is not responsible for ensuring your compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
3. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind. While we strive to ensure that the content provided on our website or mobile application is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content, nor for how that content may be interpreted or used.
We make no representations or warranties regarding any third-party content, advertisements, or websites that may be accessible through the AnyCard platform. We do not guarantee that such content will meet your expectations or requirements, nor do we accept responsibility for their accuracy or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyCard expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reasonable care and skill, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
We accept no liability for any defects, interruptions, or failures in the Service, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other form of direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the website or mobile application.
We are not responsible for enabling you to link to other websites or apps, nor are we responsible for the content on any linked site or app, whether you accessed it through the AnyCard platform or linked to it from elsewhere. We disclaim all liability for any consequences resulting from your reliance on such third-party content.
We also accept no responsibility or liability for your dealings, interactions, or contracts with other users of the Service or with any third parties, including through the platform. You acknowledge that such dealings are entirely at your own risk.
Any decision you make based on your use of the Services is your responsibility, and AnyCard will not be liable for any consequences arising from such decisions.
Events Beyond Our Control
Neither you nor AnyCard shall be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control. These may include, without limitation, acts of God, governmental or regulatory actions, wars, terrorism, failure or interruption of telecommunications or internet services, or other external causes beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any damage to or viruses that may infect your devices or equipment resulting from your access to, use of, or browsing of our website or mobile app, or from downloading any materials made available through the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnyCard harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Service.
4. Access to Services
We do not guarantee that access to the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. From time to time, access may be affected by factors beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for any unavailability or disruption of the Service.
We disclaim all liability for any bugs, coding errors, or system malfunctions that may occur, as well as any full or partial interruption of service delivery. The Services are provided on a “best efforts” basis, and we do not make any warranties or guarantees regarding consistent uptime or flawless operation.
Access to the Services may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for scheduled maintenance, updates, or the implementation of new features or improvements. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore full access as soon as possible.
5. Limitations on Use of the Service
By using the AnyCard platform, you agree to the following terms and restrictions:
You are the sole and exclusive owner of your account and the ACP associated with it. You agree not to transfer your account to any other individual, group, or organization.
You will register only one account and use only one device to access the Service.
Any user found to be:
Operating multiple accounts across multiple devices,
Running automated bots,
Sharing or distributing quiz answers,
Publishing defamatory or damaging content about the AnyCard platform on any medium,
will face immediate account termination without prior notice.
You will not use the platform to conduct any illegal or illicit transactions involving AnyCard Points.
You agree not to engage in fraud or attempted fraud, including the use of false, misleading, or inaccurate information to unlawfully obtain assets or deceive other users or entities.
You will not participate in any activity that involves the transmission, exchange, or use of funds derived from criminal, terrorist, or fraudulent sources.
Violation of any of the above terms may result in the immediate invalidation of your account and forfeiture of your entire balance. You accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from a breach of these Terms. AnyCard and its developers disclaim any liability in the event your account or balance is cancelled or invalidated due to a violation of these Terms.
6. Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or other online resources. These links may be provided by AnyCard or by third parties.
Because we do not control such external websites or applications, you acknowledge and agree that AnyCard is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party sites or resources. We do not endorse and are not liable for any content, advertisements, products, services, or materials available from such third-party sources.
You further agree that AnyCard shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.
7. Earning AnyCard Points
AnyCard Points (ACP) are earned through user engagement within the AnyCard app, such as completing tasks, viewing content, or participating in promotions. ACP cannot be purchased using real money, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment. The earning process does not involve any form of cryptocurrency mining, blockchain validation, or decentralized computing. No actual blockchain computations or token generation occur within the app. The ACP system is a closed, app-specific reward mechanism used solely for accessing in-app benefits and optional promotional rewards.
8. Cryptocurrency rewards
Cryptocurrency rewards may be offered as free promotional incentives in exchange for ACP. While the cryptocurrency itself may have real-world value, these rewards are provided solely as non-purchasable bonuses and are not offered as investment products, financial services, or financial advice. AnyCard does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, nor does it facilitate trading, swapping, or speculation of crypto assets. Users may only receive rewards by providing a valid external wallet address. Delivery of cryptocurrency rewards is subject to availability, blockchain network conditions, and compatibility with third-party wallets. AnyCard makes no guarantees regarding delivery time, market value of the reward, or successful receipt. Users are solely responsible for entering accurate wallet information. Rewards sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered. Cryptocurrency rewards may not be resold, traded, or used for speculative purposes within the AnyCard platform.
9. Suspension or Termination of Our Services
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, reduce, or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without prior notice or compensation if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Use or engaged in activities that violate applicable laws, misuse the platform, or jeopardize the integrity of the Service.
10. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service, including the AnyCard website, mobile application, their design, underlying code, network architecture, all software components, and any graphics or content contained within the platform, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by AnyCard and its licensors. These rights are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by AnyCard, you agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, publicly display, perform, or create derivative works based on the Service or any content it contains, whether in whole or in part.
The AnyCard name, logo, and any associated design marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the exclusive property of AnyCard and/or its parent company. You may not use the Trademarks in any manner without prior written permission from us.
11. Risk of Regulatory Actions
You acknowledge and understand that the AnyCard platform, along with any digital assets or reward systems associated with it, may be subject to regulatory scrutiny or actions by governmental or regulatory authorities. Such actions may impact AnyCard’s ability to continue operating, developing, or offering certain features of the Service. They may also limit or restrict your ability to access or use parts of the Service, including any rewards or value-based systems associated with your account.
12. Statute of Limitations
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
